TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets for our productions can be obtained online using our ticketing provider Ticketsource.

There is an audience capacity in the Balliol Hall of 100 for each performance, and tickets generally go on sale between 6-8 weeks before the first night of the production run.

Seats are unallocated so you can choose your seats on arrival. Let us know if you require a disabled or wheelchair seat so that we can arrange this for you.

Doors open for each performance at 7.00 pm.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Please ensure your mobile phones are switched off or set to silent mode before the performance begins. Photography or video recording of performances are strictly forbidden due to copyright reasons.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited at all times within the Balliol Hall.

Emergency exits will be advised at the start of each performance in the unlikely event of any issues or emergencies.

Late arrivals will only be allowed in the performance area at a suitable time at the discretion of the front of house team.

There will be a raffle on each of the production nights, with all profits going to club funds. Please feel free to purchase as many tickets as you wish!

It may be prudent to bring a torch with you, especially at our October production, when leaving. The lighting outside the hall and the local area is not good.

REFUND POLICY

Sadly we are unable to issue refunds if you are unable to attend, but in certain circumstances we may be able to transfer your tickets to another performance date of the same production if available, at no extra cost.

We are unable to transfer tickets to a future production for logistical and accounting reasons.

Should the play be cancelled by the group then full refunds will be issued.

FEEDBACK

The club is always striving to improve the experience for our audiences. If you have any comments or suggestions on how things can be improved, please let us know. All comments will be reviewed by the management committee and we will respond to all messages received.
